Portretto ("biz", "uygulama"), kullanicilarinizin gizliligini korumaya kararliyiz. Bu politika, uygulamamizi kullanirken hangi verilerin toplandigini ve nasil islendigini aciklar.

2. Toplanan Veriler

Uygulamamiz asagidaki verileri toplar:

• Hesap bilgileri: Email adresi, ad soyad (kayit sirasinda)
• Abonelik bilgileri: Uyelik tipi ve kullanim istatistikleri

3. Toplanmayan Veriler (KVKK Uyumu)

Fotograflariniz sunucularimizda SAKLANMAZ. Portretto, KVKK (Kisisel Verilerin Korunmasi Kanunu) ile tam uyumlu olarak calisir:

• Yuklediiginiz fotograflar yalnizca isleme amacli gecici olarak kullanilir ve hic bir zaman sunucularimiza kaydedilmez.
• AI ile olusturulan sonuc gorseller dogrudan telefonunuza indirilir.
• Sunucularimizda hicbir gorsel veri saklanmaz.
• Tum gorsel isleme sureci bellekte (memory) gerceklesir, diske yazilmaz.

4. Veri Isleme Amaci

Toplanan veriler yalnizca su amaclarla kullanilir:

• Hesap olusturma ve kimlik dogrulama
• Abonelik yonetimi ve gunluk kullanim limiti takibi
• Uygulama deneyiminin iyilestirilmesi

5. Ucuncu Taraf Hizmetleri

• Replicate API: AI gorsel uretimi icin kullanilir. Fotograflariniz isleme icin gecici olarak Replicate sunucularina gonderilir ve islendikten sonra silinir.
• Google/Apple Oturum Acma: Sosyal giris icin kullanilir, yalnizca email adresiniz alinir.

6. Veri Guvenligi

Verileriniz SSL/TLS sifrelemesi ile korunur. Sifreler bcrypt ile hashlenir ve duzenli metin olarak saklanmaz.

7. Kullanici Haklari

KVKK kapsaminda su haklara sahipsiniz:

• Kisisel verilerinizin islenip islenmedigini ogrenme
• Kisisel verilerinizin silinmesini talep etme
• Hesabinizi ve tum verilerinizi kalici olarak silme

Portretto ("we", "app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data is collected and how it is processed when you use our application.

• Account information: Email address, full name (during registration)

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

Your photos are NEVER stored on our servers. Portretto operates in full compliance with data protection regulations:

• Photos you upload are used only temporarily for processing and are never saved to our servers.
• AI-generated results are downloaded directly to your device.
• No image data is stored on our servers.
• All image processing occurs in memory, never written to disk.

4. Purpose of Data Processing

• Account creation and authentication
• Subscription management and daily usage limit tracking
• Improving the app experience

5. Third-Party Services

• Replicate API: Used for AI image generation. Your photos are temporarily sent to Replicate servers for processing and deleted afterward.
• Google/Apple Sign-In: Used for social login, only your email address is obtained.

6. Data Security

Your data is protected with SSL/TLS encryption. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored as plain text.

7. User Rights

• Right to know whether your personal data is being processed
• Right to request deletion of your personal data
• Right to permanently delete your account and all associated data
